Maine Audubon

"Bringing Nature Home" to Highland Lake

with Eric Topper

Join Maine Audubon's director of education Eric Topper for a live webinar about the plants, practices, and perks of restoring ecology in our gardens, yards, and communities.  We will describe the work of Maine Audubon's natve plants restoration and community engagement program called "Bringing Nature Home," based on the bestselling book of that title by Dr. Doug Tallamy.

This free program is hosted by the Highland Lake Association.  This is the Zoom alternative to an in-person buffer workshops at Cornerstone Church in Windham in May that was cancelled.

The program will focus entirely on the landscapes and ecosystems around Highland Lake in Southern Maine.  While others are welcome, our primary hope is to raise awareness in and around the Highland Lake watershed.

A secure Zoom link will be shared with registrants via email on the day of the program.
